The eye falls first on the geometric golfer silhouette, cut in ochre yellow, cobalt blue and vermillion, set against horizontal bands forming a fairway and sunset.

In the 1950s, the Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty were frequent motifs in travel posters and airline advertising, used as instantly readable signs for New York. Mid-century modern posters often reduced scenes to geometric shapes and flat color bands, a visual economy inherited from the Bauhaus and the Swiss post-war typographic style. The geometric sans-serif capital lettering reinforces legibility and compositional rhythm. The author of this version is Cédric des Lauriers.
